1 Day Fall Retreat: Join OM Center director Jessica Proulx for a full day of yoga, education, expression, meditation, and relaxation as she takes you through a day long retreat to guide you into the holiday season in a happier and healthier way. Play with yoga and movement with Jessica as well as yoga teacher Kristina Carey, enjoy an afternoon workshop on healing stones with complimentary meditation and journeying with Kelly of Herban Roots.

Explore movement and energetic release through the physical practice, discover meditation and breath work that you can take with you into a home practice, discuss the yoga of finance and how to stay present and mindful fiscally during this season, and savor time in deep relaxation with restoration and body rituals.

Healthy, seasonal,  vegetarian meals are provided. Light breakfast, a hearty lunch and a light dinner will be provided by the Buddha Bistro. Tea, infused water and light snacks are available throughout the day (coffee and other treats are available at The Buddha Bistro). 1 Day Fall Retreat Sample Itinerary  *Note, this is just a sample and not the exact itinerary you will see that day 




  • 8:00-9:15am: Morning Vinyasa & Meditation- Jessica 
  • 9:15-10:00: Opening Circle, Breakfast and Tea 
  • 10:00-12:00: Journaling, Meditation & Discussion around the the financial pressures and commitments of the holiday season and how to create your own rituals and family routines to make this most of, what can be, a beautiful time of the year- Jessica 
  • 12:00-1:30: Walking meditation and outdoor art activity (bring proper attire) – Tina 
  • 1:30-2:30: Lunch 
  • 2:30-4:00: Meditation and Stones with Kelly 
  • 4:00-5:30: Afternoon Yoga
  • 5:30-6:30: Dinner
  • 6:30-8:00: Deep Relaxation ritual for mind and body and closing circle 

What to Bring

  • Warm close for outside activities (weather permitting)
  • A journal if you own one (paper will be provided for you) 
  • A change of clothes if you would like to change after physical practice
  • A tank top and shorts (for evening relaxation ritual)
