Community Yoga Nidra to Benefit St. Vincent De Paul Friday December 4th 7:00pm Free, Donation Based Class

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep” is a guided meditation, practiced in a comfortable lying down position. After some light stretching, you will be guided through a series of breathing techniques to relax the body and calm the mind, until you reach deep relaxation. Aromatherapy and Reiki will be offered to compliment and deepen the experience of complete relaxation. What a perfect way to come back into balance during the holiday season! This a free, donation based class. Please bring socks, underwear, and pj's for adults and children to be donated to St. Vincent De Paul shelter in Waterbury. Shelters often find the most under donated and most needed items to be socks and underwear, and St. Vincent's is in high need right now. Let's fill a giant box to donate just in time for the Holiday Season
