Jackie Loyer

Jackie embarked on the path of health and wellness during her late teenage years. She started teaching Yoga and quickly knew this would be a lifelong path. She holds several Yoga Certifications including 200 hour Kripalu, 200 hour Kundalini and Yin Yoga. She is currently in the process of obtaining her 500 hour Yoga Certificate through the Om Center.

At the same time she began teaching Yoga, she took an interest in health and nutrition. She received her Health Counselor certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2007. Through the practice of Yoga, she was introduced to Ayurveda, Yoga’s “sister science.” Ayurveda is the “Science of Life.” She delved into the teachings for many years before deciding to attend the Chopra Center where she received her Chopra Health Certification. This course provided her with in depth knowledge of the Ayurvedic Lifestyle.

Jackie believes you can have all the riches in the world, but if you don’t take care of yourself and feel a sense of wellness within, it doesn’t mean anything. She is excited to share her knowledge of health & wellness with the Om Community.
