
No experience or flexibility needed — just come as you are. Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, or any All Levels class are great places to start. Bring a mat, water, comfortable clothes, and arrive about 10 minutes early. Our goal is simple: help you feel comfortable, supported, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.
You don’t need experience, flexibility, or a certain level of fitness to practice here. Many of our students were nervous before their first visit, and that’s completely normal. Our community includes beginners, longtime practitioners, and people returning after time away. Come exactly as you are — our goal is simply to help you feel comfortable and supported from the moment you walk in.
The Om Center offers a variety of classes including Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Vinyasa, Restorative practices, meditation, workshops, seasonal programs, and wellness offerings. Whether you’re looking to build strength, reduce stress, improve mobility, or simply take time for yourself, there are options to support you at every stage of your journey.
If you’re unsure which class is right for you, we’re always happy to help. You can reach out before your visit or speak with your teacher when you arrive. Our instructors offer supportive options in every class and encourage you to move at your own pace so you can feel comfortable from day one.
