There is no training weekend in July. The program also includes required online learning, independent study, assignments, and practice teaching.
Your $500 deposit is applied toward your tuition. It is not an additional fee. The deposit is collected through Momence upon acceptance and reserves your place in the program.

Your practice—and your teaching—need balance.
Join Jess Proulx, E-RYT 500, at The Om Center in Watertown, CT, for this immersive two-day, trauma-informed Yin Yoga Teacher Training exploring the powerful role Yin Yoga can play in nervous system regulation, healing, and restoration.
Together, we’ll explore Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yogic Theory, Ayurveda, fascia and connective tissue, and the nervous system to build a comprehensive foundation in the practice and teaching of Yin Yoga.
You’ll learn why this cooling, grounding practice is an essential complement to more dynamic styles such as Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, HIIT, and strength training. Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore foundational Yin postures, meridian theory, anatomy, intentional sequencing, and the art of holding space for students.
Whether you are a yoga teacher looking to expand your offerings, a wellness professional, or a dedicated practitioner wanting to deepen your understanding, this training offers practical tools and meaningful insight you can bring into your practice and teaching.
